PHYSICAL THERAPY

One on one private physical therapy session to include any of the following: Manual therapy; Manual Soft Tissue Release; Supervised Therapy Stretches & Strengthening via Pilates based exercises to increase: Range of Motion, balance, agility, proper alignment. Other services include: Theragun, Ultrasound, E-Stim, Taping, Posture and gait analysis.
