One on one customized Pilates sessions with an experienced Pilates instructor. Pilates sessions to include: Reformer, Cadillac, Core Align, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, TRX.

SHARED PILATES CLASS
Duo/Trio Session
50 min | $80 per person for Duo or $70 per person for Trio

Duo/Trio/Shared Reformer Pilates session can accommodate up to three clients at one time. We will try to match you with others at the same experience level.
Shared Pilates Sessions equipment will be on the Reformer's. The cancellation policy for all Shared Sessions is 48 hours in order to find another partner.

Physical Therapy Sessions are provided in Studio or At Your Home.

One on one private physical therapy session to include any of the following: Manual therapy, Traction, Supervised Exercise Therapy, Stretches & Strengthening, Balance, Agility, Alignment, Gait Analysis, Taping, Cupping, Pain Management, Education and Guidance. Pilates offered in studio only.

CHIROPRACTIC CARE
We specialize in correcting your body’s misalignment through manual treatments, massage, adjustments, traction, trigger point therapy. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously.
To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, manual treatment, traction, modalities, exercise education, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Pilates available in studio only.
Every time that you enter our doors, or we visit you at your home, we will evaluate how the last session went so that every appointment is a step in the right direction. No matter how you hurt yourself, we will find a comfortable way to safely help you.
