Elyse West is a lifetime fitness enthusiast who has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. In college she was an avid runner (including completing 10 full marathons) who studied anatomy, and Physiotherapy. After obtaining her Pilates equipment and mat certification from Southern California-based Body, Arts & Science International (BASI) in 2006, Elyse has combined her education in Physiotherapy, Pilates and fitness to teach goal-oriented Reformer and Mat sessions including: privates, semi-privates, and group classes at PT and Chiropractic facilities and also at various entertainment studios including: Sony Pictures, Fox Entertainment, Paramount, and at Anthem Blue Cross.
As a Post Rehab Exercise Specialist her focus is on the following:
Developing and implementing exercise programs for clients with multiple conditions
Engineering specific symptoms of limitations into effective exercise programs;
Identifying and instructing on the practical application of exercise programs in the management of a variety of conditions
Constructing exercise programs to minimize low back pain and improve overall core strength
Designing exercise programs around orthopedic limitations due to knee, back, shoulder, and other types of common injuries
Arranging effective, and structured exercise programs for clients while working to improve quality of life and ADL (activities of daily living)

As the founder and Executive Performance Specialist at Complete Performance Center (CPC) in Thousand Oaks, California, Dr. Chris has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for all patients and athletes for over fifteen years.
Dr. Chris has trained with industry leading doctors and has spent a large portion of his career working with both amateur and professional athletes. It was during his time on the professional athletic circuit that Dr. Chris developed a passion for training and treating younger athletes and thus founded CPC to help train and treat top high school athletes in Ventura County. Using his expertise and knowledge of the body Dr. Chris understands the importance of proper training, alignment, and muscle development.
Additionally, Dr. Chris believes in the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. This belief was so strong that Dr. Chris expanded CPC to include services that his patients could use in their personal pursuits of living a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Chris takes pride in always updating and furthering his education to provide the best and most knowledgeable services for his patients. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, snow boarding, basketball, hiking with his wife and hanging out with their two dogs Zeus and Pedro.

Lisa Kwan has a Bachelors in Science degree from UCSD in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience and received her Masters in Science in Physical Therapy at Duke University in 2000. Her focus is treating orthopedic PT including muscle strain/overuse syndrome fractures, pre/post surgical conditions, prevention, osteoarthritis.
Lisa has a whole body approach that combines understanding of anatomy, movement patterns and function. She is certified as an ASTR provider (Advanced Soft Tissue Release), using safe, ergonomic instruments to release scar tissue and fascia restrictions throughout the body which results in pain relief and improved range of motion and function.
Her practice includes treatment techniques that have been effective for rehabilitation: Manual, Proprioceptive training, Neuromuscular re-education, Kinesiology taping, Ergonomics, Posture analysis. It is important to Lisa that patients receive individual care tailored to their needs.

Originally from Maryland, after graduating college Heather moved to Los Angeles to work in entertainment and soon found Pilates as a great way to stay healthy, fit and balanced. After only a few months of Pilates sessions Heather was amazed with the positive results and decided to enroll in the Pilates certification program through Body, Arts and Science, International (BASI) where she obtained her certification in 2003. She also received a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2004. Heather is able to incorporate exercises from various teaching styles to create a program tailored to her individual clients needs. Her experience ranges from rehabilitation to athletic workouts for clients of all ages. She sees her clients as unique individuals and her focus is giving each client the well rounded workout they need and deserve. She teaches primarily in the Sherman Oaks location and provides therapy Pilates via Chiropractic care.
