Studio Rental for PT & Pilates Instructors

Our studio was created with the intention to provide an affordable, fully equipped, clean, sunny, positive, friendly, and intimate PT & Pilates environment.

​

Tucked away in a private, friendly, and safe West Los Angeles neighborhood, we are also conveniently located near the 405 and 10 freeways.  This is where we provide Physical Therapists and Pilates instructors with an affordable and clean space for their clientele. Requirements for renting space is that you are a California Licensed Physical Therapist and/or a fully certified Pilates equipment instructor from an accredited and industry recognized program.  Proof of a valid, active license and certification required.

 

You must also have current and active liability insurance (with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. per incident) with an accredited insurance company and provide proof of insurance with our studio added to your policy prior to commencement and at all times while renting space.

You have access to two private studios:

 

Upstairs Studio Balanced Body equipment includes:

  • 2 Balanced Body Combo Units (“Studio” Reformer with Cadillac Tower & Pads)

  • Low chair w/split pedal

  • Core Align

  • Spine Corrector/Arc

  • 2 Jumpboards, Orbit, Foot Discs, MOTR

  • 2 sitting boxes & 2 standing boxes

Downstairs Studio Balanced Body equipment includes:

  • Physical Therapy Combo Unit (“Clinical” Reformer w/Cadillac Tower and Pads)

  • C Shaper (aka Betty)

  • Ladder Barrel

  • Spine Corrector/Arc

  • Oov

  • Sitting box & Standing box

  • Pilates Wedge to assist those w/vertigo

  • Peak Wunda Chair w/Crutches

  • Jump board

  • PT grade E-stim, Ultrasound Unit

…both studios are fully equipped with all with other accessories, props, array of springs,

extenders, bands, Bosu, Mats, Rings, Rollers, weights, variety of Balls & a multitude of

PT related items: towels, ice packs, gel and resistance bands.

  • Studio hours: 7am-6pm 6 days a week Monday through Saturday

  • Ability to book 30,45,60 or 90 minute sessions

  • Access to all apparatuses in your reserved studio space including a plethora of props and tools to ensure you create the session you desire for you and your clients

  • Air Conditioning, Circulating ceiling fans and Heating for each individual space

  • Private bathroom, natural lighting, custom, high ceilings, surround windows and mirrors

  • Private Shower

  • COMING SOON | September 2021 a Therapy Pool

 

Always notoriously clean and efficient studio, this has been amplified to an even higher standard than government requests due to covid-19. Our studio is configured to allow for the required distance for in-person sessions within two separate studios.

  • Towel service, Pillows, Smart Spine, Physio Tape, Theragun, Myofascial Release tools, Face Rest, Privacy Curtains/Screens

Physical Therapy Services also available for an additional fee:

  • Office/Patient Management including Patient Scheduling

  • PT License Registration Process for Insurance Companies 

  • Patient insurance verification, pre-authorization, insurance billing, payment processing, follow up, SOAP notes, Electronic Funds Transfers and accounts receivable.
